Collaborate with your team mate. Share setups and make sure you build off each others. Thats the #1 key to success.

doesn't matter. Try and join/create the best real life team possible. Avoid Caterham and Marussia. Have you started a game yet?

not really, but its not the end of the world. In acadmey games all the cars are pretty equal.
